Warranty disclaimer
YO Portal Ltd as the owner of the YO-box® brand, offers product lifetime warranty for its cases (10 years from the date of purchase)*, against defects related to the manufacturing process or materials used.
YO-box® cases are made of high quality
injection moulded polymer (PP, PP+) rendering them shatter resilient. The cases are guaranteed to be dust proof
and waterproof within the limits specified by IP67 certification, only if they
are properly closed and with an undamaged O-ring in place, unless otherwise
stated. To the extent permitted by law, YO Portal Ltd’s liability is
limited to the case and not its contents or foam.
YO Portal Ltd, DO NOT provide any warranty for
the following situations: cases labelled
other than YO-box®, counterfeit
products or abnormal use. Abnormal use includes misuse, accident, modification
and lack of maintenance. Warranty does
not cover products that have been subjected to repairs or repair attempts not
authorized by YO Portal Ltd.
Warranty claims should be made as soon as the deficiency is discovered by contacting us on info@yoboxcase.co.uk.

YO Portal Ltd will either repair or replace any broken or defective part or case, at our
sole option. Wear and tear parts (wheels, handles, inserts) are not covered by the life time warranty* offered to the cases. To the extent permitted by law, the remedies hereby provided will
be the exclusive and sole remedy of the purchaser and YO Portal Ltd’s
liability to the purchaser will not exceed the purchase price of the case in
respect of which damages are claimed.
To the
extent permitted by law, in no event shall YO Portal Ltd be liable for any
indirect, retaliatory, incidental or major damages, or special damages,
regardless of whether a claim for such damages is based on warranty, agreement,
negligence or otherwise.
To the
extent permitted by law this warranty is in lieu of all warranties, express or
implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Furthermore, all other
implied warranties and any liability not based upon contract are hereby
disclaimed and excluded.
In case of
your country does not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts
or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the
above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The aforementioned warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights based on
your national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods. This warranty
does not affect those rights.
*Lifetime warranty
is not applicable where prohibited by law.
